Spirit of Kamaitachi?

I was wondering why this fuuma shuriken doesn't drop from kapha as it's supposed to do?
It's in the server item database, but since it doesn't drop I don't think there's any way to get it.
Was wondering if anyone could fix this

It's probably a new drop, not in our current version, someday I'm sure.

I think you can do Kamaitachi by quest, the npc must be in the ninja guild (Amatsu)

that npc makes every other fuuma but Spirit of Kamaitachi =/

It is one of those uber weapons that we won't see till nameless and episode 13 sadly =/
