Thanks for the tip, although, unfortunately I already knew that from experience Yummy though....and those initial 3 days are just plain heaven (My big no-no was buying a bag like that and putting it in my satchel and eating them all day back in secondary school )

Er I hate salads, once in a while maybe but I eat meats >:D, Protein ftw. Running is included in those 2 hours though...and shit i'd die if I ran 20 miles though...

Meat is good though. Good to eat. Good for converting into muscle too.
