Where Can I Slot Gae Bolg?

I looked on RMS and I can't find the NPC Leablum to slot my Gae Bolgs at.
I also checked with Seiyablum or whatever in Payon and he can't slot them either.

Why are all the other wep options there but not Gae Bolg!?! I don't feel like farming Levia for a Gae Bolg[2]! HELP!

The slot NPCs do need to be brought into line with current RO standards, IMO. Long overdue

well yeah though with levia out it seems that the cost of trying to slot a gae bolg is too high... seems it's cheaper to farm the already slotted ones...

But I ain't got time to farm for the seafoams atm to farm LEVIA!
I should have the OPTION if I want to whether it is inefficient or not to slot it as this is an OFFICIAL socket enchantable item :*(
