Lost Friend allegiance quest

I hope I can ask for some help without giving away too much about the quest. Anyway, for the Lost Friend allegiance quest, I found an NPC in the dungeon, but all he says is he's thirsty. Am I supposed to bring him a drink? Or is this even the right NPC to find?

Any help or hints are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The npc you found is for something else, keep looking for the one you seek ^_^;
