Loading Screen

Occasionally (a few times a day), my computer will freeze on the loading screen, with the bar at 100%. I don't know if it's lag or a problem with my computer, but the only way to fix it is to hold the power button to turn the computer off, because no other way I've tried to close the game will work. It gets really annoying, and was wondering if anyone knew a way to make it stop doing this.

If anything, just a reason why it might be happening.

Notes:
-Happens on pretty much any map, no specific map causes the problem.
-I don't think it's my network, because it happens on other networks as well.
-CTRL+ALT+DEL will load, but my mouse won't show up, so I can't close the program.

RE: Loading Screen

This sounds to me like a computer problem, if it's outright freezing like that and affecting your task manager. :\ What are your specs?

For the record you can try to navigate the task manager without your cursor, by using arrow keys and whatnot.

It's not outright freezing...I can get it to show other stuff, but the sizes are weird (like it's still trying to show them in fullscreen like the game or something...) and I can't use the mouse.

And task manager won't let me actually close any programs. Navigating through it is basically all I can do.

RE: Loading Screen

Tried a reinstall?

Also if you really need to close a program, navigate to processes and kill hero.exe, should close it. The program tab sucks imo.

I do that, but I still can't select anything to close the programs. All I can do is navigate around with arrow keys.

I'll try reinstalling.

RE: Loading Screen

Alt+E is the shortcut for End Process. Just highlight heRO_color.exe and press Alt+E.
