RE: The Leveling Compendium

niff is an awsome place for hunter class with a santa poring gak[2] and silvers (i havent played much since all the updates) you just need to make sure you have nuff dex to do nuff damage cause if you dont it'll be painfully slow killing one bloody and have nuff agi to flee loli most of the time (kill her too).I've also found it quite strange that once you reach a flee breakpoint bloody's will connect once in a blue moon with thier skill and one hit kill you (i'm speaking of agi/dex pvm builds). Dullahan's aren't much of a bother unless in mobs and the rest of the monsters aren't worth mentioning (i cant member my quips but they arent all that great). If you find yourself in trouble just run away and set snares untill you trap enough of the mob chaseing you to make it safe again.

as far as knights go id suggest roaming.ive found that xp at TI is pretty good but i apparently dont have the right weapon cause i dont kill em fast nuff for my likeing .. HO in clocktower is really good xp cause they mob alot

RE: The Leveling Compendium

I'd like to say that another place for a level 70+ blacksmith would be kobolds. Don't bother trying to change elements, however, if you're geared for demi-humans like I am, ie. double hydra chain and maybe a thara buck,They are easy to dodge with agi, hammerfall is decent, and on the kobold leadermap, it's insanley fun for people who like to spam cart revolution. Slightly less exp than wild rose and Myst cases, but their numbers make up for it, and give you chance to earn yourselfs some equips to upgrade,

Assassins can also mob anolians, strouf, or nightmares once they get tired of seals.

personally i skip culvert 3 and go to poporings until level 30-35 at which point i move to metalings. poporings give pretty godly exp at those early levels.

RE: The Leveling Compendium

A few higher level hunter places:

65+ Eddga's Map, 2s 1w of payon. Bring plenty of crystal and stone arrows for the nine tails and dragon tails respectively. The area can get pretty crowded with monsters so fly wings and traps are highly recommended. If your feeling dangerous, take on Eddga, just watch out for Demonstration.

75+ 1 North of Fur Otter beach is the Anolian swamp. These guys hit pretty hard and have a slew of HP, but they drop decent items and good exp. Bring plenty of wind arrows and traps, and make sure your flee rate is high, because pests inhabit this map, and they move invisibly.

Either of those maps could be used all the way up to high 90's. Best of all, Anolians and Dragon Tails both drop cards in the archer card combo.

For sages with enough free cast (6+), ice dungeon is great from 80 to 90 (maybee even before). you just need lightning bolt lvl 10 and fly wings

RE: The Leveling Compendium

My melee leveling usually goes like this:

Level 12-20:??Rockers 1s 1w of Prontera
Level 20-30:??Poporings, same map
Level 30-40:??Mukas 2s of Morroc or Wolves 2s of Payon
Level 40-Job Change:??Metallings, any of the maps, or Wolves.

My TK leveling goes like this:

Level 12:??Kill rockers, get level up bonus.
Level 13-23:??Kill Poporings
Level 23-40:??Kill Wolves
Level 40-55:??Kill Metallings
Still working on the rest of this one

Also, how does an assassin mob nightmares???They are demons >.>

I think because they are demons, they will see you so they will follow you, thus they won't run away when grimtoothing. Just need enough flee to stay in hide to do it Icon_lol

Here is my guide for leveling a gunslinger.

Go shotgun for training. Get full buster asap!

level 1-10 training grounds
11-20 spore
21-30 wolves
31-60 metalings (kill them fast enough and its better than geos)
61-80 GH Prison/Church (2 shotting most tuff is nice)
81-99 Removers

It works, I've done it, not necissarily fun being at removers so long, but holy bullets + leveling alone, you odn't get much options.
