Wedding Guide Request

Hey everyone, this is my first post on the forums =)
One of the main reasons I joined heRO is because of their wedding system, and I know it costs alot of zeny so I plan on getting started early, but could someone be so kind as to make a guide of what two male characters would have to go through to get married in heRO? I mean do we have to do a change legislation quest first or something lol.

As for marrying 2 male characters, it's the same as a regular wedding, one of you will have to register as bride and the other as groom, both need to wear tux and have diamond rings, no special quest involved.
