Missing Grampa D:

Hello~ I wanted to make a Boy's Cap, so I followed RMS's guide only to find that the npc is missing.

My sakray is updated and everything, don't know what could be wrong. Here's a screenie of where the Grampa npc is supposed to be xD

No, it isn't a hatter and yes, he isn't there, weird o_o
I'm planning on making one too, I got almost all footskins.
Let's wait for someone who knows to say where he is o.o

He is there, check the right or left portal though. He's not directly into the inn when you walk in.

Oh, there's a grampa in the right room but he's for Turtle Dungeon island quest. The other room doesn't have an npc ):

Well gosh, he must have run away then, I'll try to track him down tonight if no one has a clue in the meantime.

I remember someone mentioning it when we SVN updated, I'm ashamed to admit I kinda forgot about it
