Are you using the problematic wireless to post here on the forums, or the working mobile broadband?

If you were IP banned, the message would definitely show up, too, assures Pandora.
If naything, it looks like it would likely be an issue with either your ISP (as you use two different ones) or your network hardware (router, most like).
