Grand Cross

Okay, I know the atk side of Grand cross isn't affected by % mods like Racial or elemental cards, but the Matk %'s from weapons like Bazerald and Keris work just fine. Does this mean that Racial Magic cards like Hell Apocalypse and Zakudam would work with Grand cross?
