Never had above...8 I think on armors. They always fucking break, then I end up wasting millions upon millions buying more, and breaking em.

Look in the RO database, find the equipment that has effects for when it is refine 11 and over. :3

Monsters hit by Magnus Excorcismus cannot walk until 4 seconds after the hit. Each Wave of ME resets this counter. Boss monsters are slowed 50% instead of stopped.
