Hey I avoid pvp generally except BG for a whole list of other reasons. I agree with the point you make. However addressing this in-balance imo the most effective way to address it would be nerf shelf, since newer players can enjoy the benefits the scroll provides.

Yeah, I agree that if they overwrote the armor property, those scrolls would be fair but in their current form (possibility to stack ed or marc with ghost property meaning a double slotted effect pretty much), they're retarded.

Stock with ed? If u stock two proper armor, one of two lose him effect to bitch, if I remember good. Don't think u can't use this scroll with ED, but with unfrozen yes.
So put a gtb for avoid dispell and f*** yeah: only dispell from tarot can f*** this combo.

But all of you forgot the stalker linked: no dispell and that boring chase walk.
And if the stalker has the gtb and fsk? Recall on emp too easy.

@Seth: u right when u said that the poor people that can't use a gr, can use this scroll for get gr propetry, but how I explain is a weapon at double blade.
My suggestion is that: disable the effect of the gr scroll on woe timer, so people will use that only for BG/pvp/maybe pvm.
But I already know that the GM will ignore us like always (who said Bombporing hat?)

@cane 33 on the Bombporing hat honestly I see the class based potential in-balance that it can create. 1) it is still a trade of for different gears. 2) its nerf-ing some classes. 3) All in all I'll have more comments when I am on the receiving end. 4) GM response would be fair.

I agree with the majority of what was said, particularly:
1.) Ghost property + Immune to freeze = OP
2.) Too cheap. One WoE = one GR scroll
3.) BOMBPORING HAT

I simple said that one Marc Armor together the gr scroll is OP. If the user has gtb too is more OP.
If the user is a stalker linked is a problem.
If the stalker linked has gtb too, is fucking and stupidly OP. A stalker with gtb and fsk can go near emp very very easy and if u add the gr scroll too, can become immortal

All of the other WoE rewards fall under the category of 'not as good as some other thing you could get.' If these scrolls do indeed stack and can be traded amongst members they are entirely overpowered.

I'd recommend a nerf to 10 seconds or a recall to get spent points back.

I've thought about it overnight, Youri, and I think this WoE handout is perfectly in line with heRO's past.??We had GR in OCAs for, what, like 2 or more years while OCAs were dropped frequently from fishing (which was also, independent of OCAs, a fast way to make zeny @ like 1-1.5m per 30-40 minute fishing run).??
