I knew that there is a custom feature here about the "Dark vs Light"
but I dont know some stuffs about it,

Estimatedly, is there any lvl requirements for joining a allegiance? Or if you create your character, you can choose your allegiance?

There is no level requirement to join either side, you choose your side in prontera.

Original job quest, no job changer here. RMS has nice guides which makes them easy however.

It's all up to you, you can remain neutral, or you can join an allegiance now or later on. There are no advantage to being neutral yet however, while Light/Dark have special events and gears.

You can remain neutral but as of now, this means you won't be able to join any alignment based stuff (ToH is the only one I can think of off the top of my head, but it is pretty big)
