If you can show proof that you have defeated the powerful clones in biolab then you will be able to choose your reward from the NPC representing your chosen Allegiance. Bring your Warrior's Will, Blood Thirst, or Ghost Chill to exchange for your prize.
If you are a dedicated follower of the Light Allegiance you will need to find the Bard behind Prontera Church (259, 351).
If you believe in the ideals of the Dark Allegiance you will need to find the Knight in the slums of Lighthalzen (312, 289).
