Start Location: Teddy Bear at 1@xm_d 136 230 (Nightmare Toy Factory North)

1. Go to Toy Factory (1 north of Lutie, portal at the middle of the map), from here, go to the middle of the Toy Factory map and speak to Santa's Assistant (xmas_dun01 131, 123). Agree to help and he will warp you into the Haunted Toy Factory. Walk north from the portal and talk to A Teddy Bear NPC in the corner along the back wall (1@xm_d 136 230).

2. You will be asked to kill a set of monster that spawn in the Haunted Toy Factory, the set varies for each person. Once you have completed your monster set, return to the Teddy Bear to receive 30 Lutia reputation points and a Love Bear Hat.
