Requires the completion of Prisma Cave Smuggler before starting this quest. No NPC will show up before the previous quest is done.

Tessera Guards Supervisor Siors requests help to find out about an accident that occurred in the caves.

1. At Tessera, located southeast of the gear shop (tessera 226 185), a red knight named Siors will ask for help. He will ask for pictures of Prisma Cave to be taken as part of an investigation into an incident.
   
   
2. At Prisma Cave, there are five locations of interest which must be checked out in the first and second floors:
   • fae_cave01,70,45 - Empty crate & pickaxe
   • fae_cave01,101,227 - Abandoned crate with crystals inside
   • fae_cave01,83,234 - Cave-in
   • fae_cave02,136,212 - Abandoned equipment
   • fae_cave02,171,210 - Abandoned equipment and a weapon
     
     
3. Once all the locations above has been checked and pictures have been taken, return to Siors, who will ask for one more thing: To defeat a restless spirit located in the second area of Prisma Cave.
   
   
4. The restless spirit can be found in the southeastern part of Prisma Cave F2 (fae_cave02 191 71). Approaching it will cause a mob to spawn, which you must defeat to proceed. If there is no restless NPC, it is likely because someone defeated it recently and it will be back in five minutes, or it spawned and wandered off.
   
   
5. Once the restless spirit is defeated, return to Siors. He will mention Rekenber Company. After this point, or the optional part below if applicable, all floors of Prisma Cave can be freely accessed.
   • If the Rekenber's Shadow quest has been started, there will be an option to inform Siors about Rekenber in Faeheim, which will grant better quest rewards including 10 Million Base/Job Exp, 4 Old Green Boxes, and 125 Fairy Reputation Points.
   • If the option to not inform him has been selected, or the Rekenber's Shadow quest have not been started, the rewards are 7.5 Million Base and Job Exp, 2 Old Green Boxes, and 100 Fairy Reputation Points.
