Help a scientist find out how Surtur can reach the Bifrost!
1. At the Muspelheim Base underground (musp_in01,155,259), talk to Alda and accept to help her.
2. Meet Alda at Surtur's Palace (musp_cas01,15,91). She's just by the entrance with a pet smokie. You will need to bring down the seal by handing in sparks of Muspelheim in order to enter the palace.
3. Alda will ask you to meet her at the cavern of roots (musp_cave01,159,36). She is just by the entrance. To get there, you must weaken the seal blocking the cavern's entrance by destroying the crystal in the palace garden's dragon statue.
4. Wanting to take a closer look at the roots, Alda will move further north (musp_cave01,144,103). Talk to her there, and you will be asked to return to the base.
5. Once back at the base, you will have to bring Alda 24 Yellow Gemstone, 18 Sparks of Muspelheim, 10 Crystal Fragments, and 10 Dark Crystal Fragments.
6. Return with the items and Alda will ask you to meet her back at the Cavern of Roots inside Surtur's Palace.
7. At the entrance of the cavern of roots (musp_cave01,170,43), Alda will ask you to visit 3 spots located within the map. You must talk to the NPCs at the following location:
- Southwest, not too far from Alda (musp_cave01 113 86)
- Northeast, inside a bush (musp_cave01 214 127)
- Northwest, in the water (musp_cave01 128 178)
8. Once you've talked to all 3 of the above NPCs, return to Alda at the entrance of the cavern, and she'll ask you to return to the base one last time.
9. Once you return to the Muspelheim Base, Alda will reward you with 2,000,000 base and job experience and 2 first aid kits.
