As there is a lack of materials to make the repair, and lack of experience on his part, he asks you to find his father Hendrik in Veins and deliver as letter asking for help.

Teleport to Veins and reach a building in the northwest part of town () and talk with Old man () Hendrick. He will express his desire to use this situation as a chance to improve his son's ability to solve problems. The recommendations he gives is to search for train blueprints and think about the basic lessons. Return to the Train Manager with advice.
