I don't know your precise taste in comedy+romance but a few i did really enjoy are:
Da Capo
Welcome to the NHK
Air
Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora (looking up at the half-moon)
Lovely Complex
Spice and Wolf
Emma - A Victorian Romance
Other good anime that isn't specified to romance+comedy are
Hajime no Ippo
Fate/Stay Night
Chrome Shelled Regios
Riding Bean (if you can find it xD)
His and Her Circumstances
Midori no Hibi
Bartender
For manga recommendations i would really recommend (i'm a huge shojo fanatic xD)
Yurara
Punch!
Skip Beat!
Ultra Maniac
My Heavenly Hockey Club
Imadoki
Beauty Pop
Baki son of ogre
Gentleman Alliance
Just some suggestions, hope you like some of them =D

Most epic anime I've watched! I loved the story and romance+comedy! I love it when they say 'Betsuni~' and the bear curry scene!
And thanks to all those anime you recommended me. I'll try if they seek my interest. =D

For manga i would suggest "The World God Only Knows" ("Kami Nomi zo Shiru Sekai") which is hilarious. And for just straight up romance "Kimi no Iru Machi", its one of the few mainly romance series i like. Great story and drama to get you hooked.
As for anime, well if you want "weird" then "Bakemonogatari" just finished up and it was one of the most original shows this season, it has a romance and comedy thing going on in it.

I have some manga to recommend, I think
-To Aru Majutsu no Index A.k.a. A certain magical index (comedy, romance, sci-fi)
-To Aru Kagaku no Chodenji Bou A.k.a. A certain Scientific Rail gun (side story about the 'true' heroine of the above series, funnier, and protagonist of Majutsu no Index actually seem way cooler in this manga compare to in his own series. May seem a bit girlxgirl due to the side-kick at times, but the main character actually loves the main character of Majutsu no Index, so its straight romance in the end)
-Mahoraba Heartful days (romance, comedy, and a bit kiddish, the main character draw kid comic, so its no big wonder)
-Addicted to Curry (similar to Jakitate Japan!, but its curry and not pan)
Anime:
-Anime of 'To aru Kagaku no Chodenji Bou' is airing
-Anime of 'Majutsu no Index' finished, but it was a bit heavy in dialogue and not exactly action-packed, may make you sleepy if you cant stomach exposition-scifi genre
-Setokai no Ichizon is airing, I find it extremely funny, but the joke may be lost on you if you aren't knee-deep into anime and J-novels
-The Sacred Blacksmith is airing and seem promising
-Bakemonogatari just ended, I believe, a weird series, there is romance and comedy and gore too.
