One more day until the closing of the non-trans division.

Last minute change of location due to small difficulty... we had to change the map to bottom right hand corner of turbo_n_16, which is the old DB room's flag part. This doesn't affect combatants very much as it's still a rectangular shaped simple room, but this doesn't go very well for how to fit in people who are watching yet make sure that they can't interfere =/

I'm assuming TU is allowed since it has a small percentage of success and that cast delay, but does this include the Heal skill as well?
