There should be a Special Bloody Branch (alongside Bloody Branch) drop from Crooked hat
But with very low chance Drop Rate.
That would spawn only All High End MVP's.

wouldn't that kill the skill of rogues that are already pretty crappy?

How about more lower headhears? Like i dunno.., capes or other things that makes our character look more different and stand out from others.
