The banner refers to the small ads on found on the righthand side of Facebook.
Those banners are indeed 110x80, and we currently have one running of that size, too.

A 468x60 animated banner.??I hope it's up to heRO's quality standards.

Oh... see, I was under the impression that the Facebook banner you guys meant was the one that shows up on the top of your profile where tagged photos go. My bad.
