Update: the Poring Leader has reached the zeny goal of 3 Billion zeny, he has therefor given instructions to commence the official building of the Poring Island.
The hired workers are currently toiling at leveling the ground of the island, which will be a true Poring Island, made in the image of the Poring Leader.

The workers are dumping pink-coloured sand to cover up the island. So far over 9000 sand bags have been hauled and spread around.

The workers are still adding sand, they've also started building up structures. Meanwhile gardeners have added some vegetation suitable for the Island's delicate climate.

Due to an increase in the price of sand, the funds gathered for the project are running out, the Poring Leader will have to get more zeny to complete the project.
Are there any changes in the system that would make the new backpack less exclusive to people with enough cash/luck?
Once the birthday event ends, how will we get to Poring City with characters who were unable to do the event (new chars, below level 75, etc.)? Is there going to be a warp added somewhere?
