I can't get it,

I first spawned in Prontera, I tried to use the warp NPC to go to Alberta, It says "It is not unlocked, talk to my sister there first" (not sure of the words) so I went to Alberta using my own foot. Then when I've done my business there, I'm want to go back to Prontera, then when I went to the warp NPC, It says the prontera is still locked. How can I unlock them?

Look for a savepoint npc, a girl in red, she's usually near by the warper in brown/blue. Before you can use any warp you must first unlock them. Prontera is free, Alberta is 1000z.
