You just have to modify the pettalktable.xml and put it in your data folder.

Getting it is up to you however.

Some notes on doing that.
One, only you see it, as what autopettalk does is send out a SAY SOMETHING IN #HUNGER# ABOUT #STATUS# and everyone's client picks a random chat.
Two, adding in a talk table for the custom pets (like a ninetails) is harder than just adding tags to the talk tables... unless I derpped like I think I might have. I'll test it in the morning XD

Oh, I'd forgotten those times I commented on a funny pettalk, and someone was like "Huh".

I'm gonna try and do that though. I'd just be fine with adding my smokie's personality to where he'll make sense when we're out leveling and hunting.

I just searched thoroughly, and there is no pettalktable.xml in my hero folder.

RMS, download something like GRFactory or whatever it's called, do a search for the pettalktables and extract it. You can also extract your frost joke and scream tables. Those everyone sees, as the client on your end picks one and literally "says" it for the skill. Hence why some people have custom jokes/screams. I'm testing my theory on how I screwed up the pettalk... I tagged it <ninetails> not <nine_tail> XD

Okay, sorry for the double post, but there's another thing you have to do in order to make a custom pet not sound like a poring.
First, you need to "register" the pet as a pet. @mi the monster's ID number (For the Nine Tail, it's #1180) and put it in the file pet_name_tab like how all the others are (!### TALK_TABLE_TAG_NAME). THEN put your custom pet's pet talk into the talk table file.
