Not quite, almost everything internally is using miliseconds, I can't think of any part that uses seconds. Seconds are way too long to work with from a programmers point of view.

Well, I was referring to durations(except counter-attacks), but yes, you're right. So what's with the card description?

More like eA just didn't change the item description. Happened with Spiritual Ring where they accidentially gave 1 bonus dex instead of 2 (although item descriptions says "2.") There are many other hats with improper effects too, like peco hairband, atroce's sword which we recently fixed. There are still a lot more lingering around out there though probably =(

thank you vanadis for clearing up the confusion about the 5000 number, it is indeed in milliseconds as seconds would be absurd to any programmer (being a programmer myself, these things are essential to know =) though it would really be fun if it were done in nanoseconds >.> =P but 500,000,000 is just too big a number to work with Icon_wink )
