That's the concept in a nutshell. It's anything but serious and it's loaded to the gills with riffs on other anime, manga, and japanese pop culture.

Lucky Star.. lol. I watched the first episode and my head started to burn 'coz they talk to fast and so RANDOM. xD But, I'll try again.

About the Shinobouden one, If I got to stand "Soul Eater"-'s pervert-sy-ness ('cause of the comedy of Excalibur,Death the Kid, Black Star and Soul.), why not? =D
