In more recent times, the GM team has seen a sharp rise in runaway pet recovery requests for common pets (obtained by taming or repeatable quests/events). Additionally, the reasons for losing these pets is largely due to negligence such as AFK-ing, dying, dropped eggs, sold to NPC, etc. At times, GMs have also been hurried, treated rudely, and overall like they are required to recover pets.

The heRO GM Team would like to focus their heRO time developing the game, fixing bugs, resolving support tickets, and hosting events. Unfortunately, I must announce that **we will no longer be providing recovery of runaway pets of any kind, under any circumstances except when caused by bugs, glitches, etc. ** We have already discussed relief for common pet issues by other means, such as town mapflags that prevent intimacy loss, etc. However this is currently not in our plans for the time being, as we want to have some new content out for the first half of 2025.

Auction Rules

The event will take place at the Caerulia Auction Hall. Players can enter before the event starts, but it will be closed once it begins.
There are no bankers inside the hall and players inside cannot trade with one another, including passing zeny.
Each player can only win ONE item package at the fairy auction.
Items are auctioned off in the order presented in the Fairy Auction thread.
When an item package is not bid by any players, it may be pushed to the next month, with improvements or lower starting bid. This does not apply to recurring packs such as the HeRO Helper Hat.
All bids must go up by a minimum of 500k zeny each.
The hosting GM reserves the right to increase the minimum bid in case of long-drawn out bidding wars, intentional last-second bids, and other similar scenarios.
Any choice pack must be selected by the end of the auction. Otherwise, players have one week from the day of the auction to send a ticket with their choices, otherwise they lose their pack. Subject to GM Availability.
There is no exclusivity on any item, or pack, and packs are subject to change without notice.

Auction Packs

GM Service Ticket - Starting Bid 1m
Equivalent of a $5.00 Dollar GM Service Donation. Usable for name changes, certain account bound item transfers, homunculus stat re-rolls, etc.

HeRO Helper Hat - Starting Bid 1m
Winner's choice of the currently available HeRO Helper Hats.

Fairy De-Carding - Starting Bid 5m
The winner can choose to remove 1 card from their weapon, armor, garment, etc. The GM will remove the card from the gear, and return both the gears and cards. Only cards that are obtainable from DCA or OCA can be removed.
Note: Any de-carded FA exclusive gear will lose all normally unavailable enchants and refines.

Lucky Day - Starting Bid 3m
1x Gambler Seal
1x Celebration Wings
1x +3 LUK enchant on any normally enchant-able armor

The GM will also coordinate a dice roll with the winner, through the /dice command. Depending on the results, the winner will obtain one of the following:

1 - 10x Old Card Album
2 - 10x Old Red Box
3 - 10x of any Heroic Chest of the winner's choice (Armor/Footwear/Garment/Shield/Weapon)
4 - 1x of any non-3d, non-immobile pet plus 100x of its food
5 - 1x of any currently available costumes from the costume crafters
6 - 1x guaranteed refine on any normally refinable gear (up to the maximum)

The 13th Day - Starting Bid 3m
150x Blood Thirst
13x Bloody Branch
1x Hanging Dolls (Effect subject to change or to be turned costume without warning)
1x Costume Hockey Mask
1x Costume Pumpkinring Backpack

Winner must also select 3 different maps with a naturally-spawning MVP. Once the auction ends, the GM will warp to these maps and break 100x Dead Branches on each, at Base Level 98. The monsters will remain on the map free for any to kill, and being from branches, will obviously not respawn.

Map must contain 1 MVP Monster, which must spawn naturally (scripted-spawn, quest MVPs and the like cannot be chosen). If the server experiences any type of maintenance or reboot, within a 3 day period after the auction, a GM will break the branches all over again and the 3-day timer will restart. Feeling Lucky - Starting Bid 3m
Pixie's assistant will attempt two refines for you using purified oridecon/elunium. Purified ores have the same success rate as enriched, but instead of breaking on failure, they will downgrade your gear by one refine. Purified ores can only be used on gear at least 3 refines past safe refine.

Glow-Up - Starting Bid 3m
Obtain Costume Fluttering Butterfly. There is no guaranteed exclusivity on this item.

Be Not Afraid - Starting Bid 3m
Obtain Costume Violet Fear. Weapon costumes only show when equipped with the same type of weapon (Two-Handed Sword), and are only usable on jobs that can equip the base weapon (Trans Swordsman).
