Halloween 2025 Quest

Boo is back with a tuned-up Glastheim Castle haunted house against the heroes! It'll be a match where no items, no skills and no levels are allowed. Brave through the upgraded 100 spinning scythes and electric traps this halloween to win a rare halloween-themed 20th anniversary costume! Talk to Boo in Prontera to start the quest. Be sure that you play with Boo's rules and clean your inventory as much as possible to be allowed in.

Older players should find that this is similar to the 2021 Halloween Event where we first introduced this type of gameplay, but it should be upgraded with new technology to be much more responsive and it is a lot less buggy than before.

Merchant Guild Heist Hard Mode

Flutrane heard people saying that the anniversary quest is "too simple" even though it's a lot of fun. Consider your challenge accepted. A new hard-mode for the Merchant Guild Heist will be available in town of Alberta after the halloween maintenance. Pull off the heist and win the "Costume Flutrane's Blessing" while Halloween Quest is available! This is the same costume given out in the Iron Fist tournament. This will be a good (but also very challenging time) to win GM-Flutrane's unique costume without the need to PvP and have the ability to do it at player's own time if GM events are difficult to attend due to timezone.

Other Halloween Festivities

Pumpkinring spawns in Niflheim town. Also don't forget that Prize Medals Costumes have discounts which will end soon!

Item Balance

• GM-Pandora card now combos with Black Scarf alongside Pandaring Backpack and Hero Advanced Backpack for the weight bonus
• Black Scarf weight limit bonus has been increased from 200 to 400

Bugfixes

• Fixed issue with a Restock trigger not happening in the craft brew room between the 2 songs for brewing

Known Issue/Bugs

• Ring of Friendship may still get exp via quests
• Gravitational Field does not lock the high wizard down accordingly
• Bard/Clown on a mount seems to randomly induce palette error for some reason, but the way to trigger the error is currently unknown
• Buwaya Cave's treasure box weakness may spawn multiple weakness points if multiple people from the party talks to the NPC inside the box at the same time
• Buwaya Cave randomly sends players to the box instead of sending them to the box only on re-entry of the instance
• Buwaya Cave also randomly allows players to enter normally on re-entry instead of always being sent to the box
• Faeheim Smuggler quest may not always trigger the smuggler spawn to continue the quest. If this happens, contact a GM.
• Mapflag for woe is not working correctly
• Elemental resist potion status icon seems inconsistent
• Male hairstyle #82 does not work
• New hairstyle does not work with all hair colors
• Auto-feed on pets does not work (does work on Homunculus)
