Mar 7 Minor Changes

• Purple Dragon Armor's accuracy boost has been fixed to match item description
• Evil Snake Lord should properly drop Imperial Feather (it was ignored due to loading the special event version with red envelope)
• Lunar New Year red envelopes no longer drop from Louyang and Gonryun dungeon/field mobs

V4P Changes

We hope to roll out a fix for the V4P NPC "soon"(tm) as we are aware of the reported issues with V4P lately- fixing its issues, removing V4P hats that have very reliable alternative sources (but we'll also keep them here for some that are still pretty difficult to get, such as Bloody Angel Wing Ear), and make sure to add missing items to V4P Gear Box as well. Our overall goal is to "one day" revamp the entire system so that its drops are not time-gated by month but accessible every day of the year in one form or another. However, other priorities are being focused on at the moment, which we hope to share in 2 weeks. So, in the meantime, here are a few more V4P items being moved to monster drops for quicker release, and we hope that more items will be made available to buff old quests later.

• Tongue Charm now dropped by Phendark at 1% (who also drops Long Tongue at 1%, another previous V4P item)
• Carrot In Mouth now dropped by Eclipse at 10%
• Weisswurst now dropped by Hode at 0.75%. Where else were you expecting this to drop from?
• Cheering Whistle now dropped by Kraben at 0.75%. The wiki previously stated in error that this is STR + 1 item, but both in-game and dbsearcher correctly state that this is an STR + 2 item. The wiki has been corrected.
• Poker Card In Mouth now dropped by Joker at 1% (who also drops Spare Card at 0.5%, another previous V4P item)
• Sake Cup now dropped by Tengu at 1%
• [1] now dropped by Vampyr at 0.5%, replacing Green Herb, and also dropped by Drainliar at 0.5%
• Imperial Feather now dropped by Evil Snake Lord at 5%, replacing Soft Apron

Item Balance Changes

Since Jan 14, 2024's massive changes, many item drop rates were buffed, but Dimensional Gorge was perhaps overcorrected. We'll tone it down, but it's still buffed compared to normal x5 rates.

• Incarnation of Morroc (Angel) Elunium rate lowered from 50% to 35% (up from heRO's original 16%; up from regular x5 server's 8%)
• Incarnation of Morroc (Golem) Oridecon rate lowered from 50% to 25% (up from heRO's original 16%; up from regular x5 server's 8%)
• Incarnation of Morroc (Human) Elunium rate lowered from 50% to 25% (up from heRO's original 16%; up from regular x5 server's 8%)
• Incarnation of Morroc (Ghost) Oridecon rate lowered from 50% to 35% (up from heRO's original 16%; up from regular x5 server's 8%)

Angel is higher than the rest due to its higher difficulty. Ghost is also set at a higher drop rate as a small bonus for Star Gladiator since they are ultimately Star Gladiator's unique solo target.

Bugfixes

• Scorpion's Rough Elunium drop rate has been corrected back to 10%, down from the erroneous 50%

Known Issues

• Peco characters need to dismount to spend skill points
• Platinum skills can get removed upon trans and levelling up again. If this happens, contact a GM to fix it for you.
• Costume brokk's Steelcap's item description is messed up
• Safeguard is still named Slow Poison
• Left-Hand Mastery and Right-Hand Mastery's in-game skill description is not yet updated
• Meteor Assault's in-game skill description is not yet updated
• Union of the Sun, Moon and Stars can only be used with the list view of the skill list instead of the tree list
