Is not. It's full of substrate. The little bastard always dumps the coco fiber there, which acts like a wick and dries it up quickly. Then he/she regularly gets angry when I refill it.

(I haven't determined the sex yet, that maniac keeps mangling the old exoskeleton when it molts, so I can't look if it's a boy or a girl)
