Bump, she hasn't been found yet!
Enzaro found the Crazy Merchant in Clock Tower F1! It was selling the following:
- +7 Goth Hairband
- +5 Manteau with +2 VIT enchanted
- Alnoldi Card (Shield Card, Reduce Damage from plant race mobs by 30%)

The crazy merchant was found! She was hiding in Morroc Field 11, in the small island on the center of the map, selling the following:
- Dryad Egg with 100 of its food, maneater root

Pinguicula's Corsage with a +3% Heal Efficiency Enchant
- +7
Wandering Minstrel Hat with a -5% Aftercast delay enchant.
