Mabrolo and Flame Ranger found the crazy merchant! It was selling a Helm of Abyss [1], OCA, and 10 Old Green Boxes in Toy Factory F2, disguised as a stormy knight!
The merch will take a break for a few days to restock.

wiki (Thanks for adding it, Minnt!), but I haven't added their skills or spawn times yet.
GD F2 got added about two weeks ago, and it's accessible to everyone for about 1 more week. Costs 50k zeny for a one-time warp or 1 Mil for unlimited warps to any GD F2, to all players on the account (until it becomes castle-owners-only, that is).
Ah I didn't check the guild dungeons page. I only looked at the modified official armors list and assumed that it is not available anywhere, and I'm currently not at home to use @whodrops ingame. Thanks Ciar

The Crazy Merchant was found by Alcyone in Geffen Field 06 (Outside Glast Heim)! It was selling 10 medium life potions, 1 Rabbit Bonnet, and 1 Water Shooting Poring Hat!
