Roger Strikes found the crazy merchant at xmas_fild01! It was selling 10 Old Green Boxes, 1 Snow Moth Egg (+50 Snow Moth Food), and 5 Storm Gust Scrolls!
I should stop hiding it in areas of high traffic...

Szandou Mabrolo found the crazy merchant! It was in lutia02, near the frozen pond, selling the following:
- 1 Old Card Album
- 150 Battleground Points
- 3 Party Assumptio Lv 5 Scrolls (casts Assumptio on everyone in the user's party at once)
The merchant will take a break for a few days, to restock on items.

The Crazy Merchant has been hiding somewhere in Lutia for 232 hours from the time of this post~ Search every nook and cranny for it, and remember, it can look like any NPC or monster!
I can hardly find the *regular* NPCs that I need to turn in stuff for as is, let alone one that pretends to be the guy I need to deliver stuff to ;___;
Szandou Mabrolo found the crazy merchant inside Santa's House in Lutie! It was selling 2 Old Card Albums, 3 Delicious Candy, and 1 Master Warp Pass!

By heRO lore, Lutia is the entire region where Lutie is one of the city within Lutia. So the clue is using a word-play to conceal its location... I was also thinking of Lutia custom region only as well, even though the ingame quests punished me a few times already for forgetting about Lutie and the non-official Lutie field as well.

Think of Lutia as a country. Lutie and Lutie Field are just part of it.
