Crazy Merchant was in payon fild 08 where the map is shaped like a willow. The merchant was disguised as an Elder Willow (which is not natural on the map.)
But the merchant has already restocked, this time with watery goodness! Though, what an odd place for the merchant to be considering what the merchant is selling...
