It seems like no one has found the crazy merchant yet. Additional rewards have been added of OCA, Treasure Box, and Faeheim Archipelago Schematic (not new, previous event only). The Crazy Merchant is on a map with relatively low level monsters only, though 1 monster is still aggressive. Maybe no one can find the crazy merchant because he's trying to vend on a map that has extremely low player traffic unless they are on their way teleporting towards a major MVP?

Seems like Angel Kitty has found the crazy merchant, who's vending in the Sograt Deserts! Sograt Desert in any other server would be wiped out due to the Dimensional Gorge, but it has been restored in heRO. In that sense, the area is a "customized" area, don't you agree?

- Costume Ice Wing Ears
- Costume Flame Wing Ears
- Old Purple Boxes
- Faeheim Archipelago Schematics

The crazy merch is vending again. This time, the merch is standing on a very short wooden plank bridge over a small pit of pure darkness. The edges of this small but bottomless divide have some small crystals studded within, although this place is far from being famous for its crystals. Do you know where this is? If you do, you may find a disguised crazy merchant selling OCA, Royal Gold Bullion and some costumes!

Seems like the crazy merch's hints are too plentiful this time and I underestimated you all with knowing your map doodads. Flare has found the crazy merchant in Umbala dungeon f2! The crazy merch was vending the valentine's schematics, costume flower pot, costume flower hairband and some of the mentioned valuable etc items.

The crazy merchant is vending again! It's been awhile. The crazy merchant is vending in a seaside location and took residence in an empty household. If you can find them, you can get some of the following crazy deals!

The crazy merchant is vending again. Same rules: no quest/pvp/party area. This time, the crazy merchant is consulting a female NPC who is starkly different than everyone else in the town (except for 1 other NPC who is "like" her, but that's pretty technical/lore-debatable if he counts). This time, the vendor is selling some older hats, but the vendor makes up for it in quantity!

Pantsuschreck has found the merchant in the Niflheim Inn, next to a girl (if you are curious about the hint, consider doing her quest to find her story.)

Another one, nice and short hint: "that's a lot of spinny stuff"

Even after a prize boost to include a Costume Observer, it's not been found yet. So here's a new hint:

The map has NO MONSTERS. So we're talking about npc or map structure in regards to the "spinny things", not a monster.
