The Crazy Merchant this time is a regular poring at Northern Lutie (lutia02), surrounded by santa porings and santa poporings with their santa hat.
The merchant was selling:
- 5 first aid kit
- 4 general rune

- 4 old purple box

Yes, it has the name Crazy Merchant when you mouse over it, but it can look like any NPC now and no longer has a shop bubble over it.
... though this one the npc sprite is quite obvious (and fitting). It really doesn't belong and it's right there once you are on the correct map.

The hint this time is a reference to 2 different quests: the cursed spirit quest and god item assembly quest (official one, not heRO version in Lumina.) This is a reference to Lord Knight Seyren Windsor whose sister awaits for his return in their Lighthalzen home.
The merchant was selling OPB, enriched ore, speed potions, helm costume and Seyren's sword, Roubel.
