Why don't you make a vote quota like *cough* what one of the top servers in rms are doing. And then if we do make the quota, you'll increase exp rates, give out exp manuals,bless,assump scrolls so that leveling won't be so difficult for new players who have trouble finding parties...
P.S sorry if this idea was already mentioned. Feel free to shoot it down for whatever reason that I don't understand.

We've stumbled to #8 with only 21 reviews, we'd really appreciate if our active players could spend a few minutes to create a review / re-new old review if it's expired (they expire after only 6 months). It takes only a few minutes, come on!
