The NPC says it's on 11/29 because it is, goofball
(And I was standing right next to Ayu when she changed it =p)

Though for us Americans, this is probably a bad weekend for it.

@Fates: They did as of the last ToH that I remember

No bonus for novice for the time being. But we added a handicap for baby classes last toh.
